Mars Hill to hold Lions' Choice Awards on May 1st
The Mars Hill University athletic department and Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will hold the 2nd annual Lions' Choice Awards on Wednesday, May 1st at 7 p.m. inside Moore Auditorium.
MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill University athletic department and Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will hold the 2nd annual Lions' Choice Awards on Wednesday, May 1st at 7 p.m. inside Moore Auditorium.
The event will recognize the athletic and academic achievements of the Mars Hill student-athletes throughout the 2018-19 seasons by handing out 14 awards. To go along with the award presentations, the night will honor the graduating senior athletes and hold a special musical performance by the Mars Hill University West African Percussion Ensemble.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. where photo opportunities will be available. The event will be live-streamed through the Mars Hill Lions' athletics' website and the Mars Hill Lions' Facebook page.
