Game One of Series With Carson-Newman Halted

MARS HILL, N.C. – Game one of the weekend series between Mars Hill and Carson-Newman has been halted due to inclement weather in the area. The two teams will pick the game up tomorrow afternoon with a 12 p.m. first pitch. The Lions currently lead C-N 8-1 heading into the top of the sixth inning. Game two of the series will immediately follow the conclusion of the halted contest.
