MARS HILL, N.C. - Mars Hill is ranked No. 19 in the country in the latest D2Football.com Top 25 Poll, which was released today. The Lions move up three spots in the rankings from last week.
Mars Hill (8-2), the 2011 South Atlantic Conference co-Champion, is also ranked 19th in the nation in the week 11 edition of the AFCA Division II Coaches' Top 25 Poll, which was announced Monday. The Lions are 8-1 against Division II competition this season and await the winner of North Greenville (No. 20 DFootball.com, No. 20 AFCA)/Albany State (No. 24 D2Football.com) in the Second Round of the Division II playoffs.
