Men's Golf In Fifth Place After Day One of TPC at Myrtle Beach

MURRELLS INLET, S.C. - The Mars Hill men's golf team currently sits in fifth place after day one of the TPC at Myrtle Beach. Junior Adam Lumley fired an opening round 75 to pace the Lions on the afternoon. The Lions shot a combined team score of 310, 14 strokes off the lead held by Queens (N.C.).

Alejandro Canizares and Chevy Hartzog finished the round with scores of 76 and 77, respectively. Xisco Llinas shot an 82 and Filip Anderson rounded out the Lions golfers with a 90.

Final round action will begin tomorrow morning at 9:30 am.
