Mars Hill places 18th at Queens Invitational

The Mars Hill men's golf team placed 18th at the conclusion of the Queens University Invitational Tuesday afternoon.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Mars Hill men's golf team placed 18th at the conclusion of the Queens University Invitational Tuesday afternoon.  

Will Byrd ended the tournament as the top placing Lion, finishing 81st overall and shooting 14 over.  Nicholas Boone shot his best round of the tournament in the third, finishing tied for 88th overall.

Callum Ritchie and Luke Challis finished within one stroke of one another, earning 98 and 99th place finishes, respectively.  Rounding out the Lions team was Brantley Phillips who ended the tournament in 103rd position.
