Men's Swimming Finishes in 10th at Fall Frenzy

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Mars Hill men's swimming team finished in 10^th place at the 2014 Fall Frenzy at the Mecklenburg Aquatic Center.

David Hallberg finished in 10^th place in the 1650 Freestyle (16:35.25), with Brett Malmstrom earning a 14^th place finish (16:47.59). Malmstrom also recorded a 17^th place result in the 200 Yard Butterfly (1:58.12). Ryan Martin finished in 20^th place in the 100 Yard Freestyle with a time of 47.56. Shane Whicker crossed the finish line two spots behind Martin. Brian Davis finished in 11^th place in the 200 Yard Breaststroke (2:05.90). In the 400 Freestyle Relay, Whicker, Justin Gale, Martin and Trey Mason finished in 15^th with a time of 3:12.06.

The Fall Frenzy concludes Mars Hill's fall swimming schedule, the Lions return to action on January 10 at Catawba.
