Trim leads Lions to comeback win over Milligan
The Mars Hill men's tennis team (2-3) completed the comeback victory over Milligan (0-1) Friday afternoon, defeating the Buffaloes by a score of 4-3.
MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill men's tennis team (2-3) completed the comeback victory over Milligan (0-1) Friday afternoon, defeating the Buffaloes by a score of 4-3.
Kyrel Trim won the deciding singles match in the third set, defeating Justin Rigsby.
The Lions entered singles competition down 1-0 as Milligan took two-of-three doubles matches to earn the first point. The Lions took four-of-six singles matches, including wins by Rodrigo Ramos, Fernando Neto, and Leo Bernardes.
Mars Hill concludes fall play on Wednesday, October 23rd when they host King at the Hart Tennis Complex at 3 p.m.
