Men's Track Concludes Wingate Invite

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Mars Hill men's track team competed at the Wingate Invite on Friday, March 25 in the Queen City. Familiar faces returned to the tracks and continued their impressive performances thus far.

Brandon Beard paced the way as he collected a third place finish in the 1500 with a new personal best of 4:03 while Marlon Allen tallied third in the 200 with a time of 22.64. Nick Resor finished runner-up in the steeplechase with a stellar time of 10:25.

The 4X400 relay team for the men garnered a third place finish as well.

The team will be back in action on Saturday, April 2 as they travel to compete in the Terriers Relay.
