Lions compete in USC Indoor Open

COLUMBIA, S.C. - The Mars Hill men's indoor track and field team competed in the USC Indoor Open Saturday afternoon.

Tyler Holloway placed 18th overall in the shot put, recording a distance of 12.63 meters.

Noah Allison placed 12th overall in the 3000 meter race with a time of 8:57.72 while in the mile run, Blake Freeman turned in a time of 4:56.54.

In the 1600 meter relay, the team of Tyrize Claud, Kevshon Hobson, Rodney Dejournett, and Corey Whaley recorded a time of 3:40.90.
