Allison finishes third at Winthrop Adidas Invitational

ROCK HILL, S.C. - The Mars Hill men's track and field team kicked off the Winthrop Adidas Invitational Friday afternoon, held in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Placing third overall in the 5000 meter was Noah Allison, who recorded a time of 15:08.75.  In the same event, Jared Stanley and Skyler Cantrell placed 39th and 40th overall while Blake Freeman and Bryan Barbee finished 46th and 50th, respectively.  

Bryan Smith, in the long jump, placed 43rd overall with a distance of 6.02 meters.  In the shot put, Tyler Holloway finished 31st overall with a distance of 12.72 meters.
