Mars Hill places 11th at SAC Championships

The Mars Hill men's indoor track and field team finished the 2020 South Atlantic Conference Championships in 11th place, following Sunday's events.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Mars Hill men's indoor track and field team finished the 2020 South Atlantic Conference Championships in 11th place, following Sunday's events.

Tyler Holloway placed fourth overall in the shot put, recording a distance of 13.75 meters, garnering the lone five points for Mars Hill.

In the 3,000 meters, Jared Stanley placed 31st overall, posting a time of 9:40.98.  Blake Freeman, Hunter Snyder, and James Benik placed 34-36th, respectively.

Mars Hill finished the two-day event in 11th place with five total points.
