Goodlett finds unique ways to train at home

MAULDIN, N.C. - During these unique times, it may be difficult for an athlete to adjust to a new training regimen.

Not for Mars Hill thrower Ben Goodlett.

Goodlett, a sophomore from Mauldin, North Carolina, upon returning home, took it upon himself to build his own throw pit in the backyard.  Goodlett has also been improvising home workouts.

Goodlett throws shot put, discus, javelin, and hammer for the Lions when in season.
