Lions Place Fourth at Emmanuel College Invitational

HARTWELL, GA.-- Mars Hill's women's golf team held on to fourth place in the final round of the Emmanuel College Invitational, which concluded Tuesday at Cateechee Golf Club.

The Lions posted a team total of 355 on a cool, windy day that resulted in higher scores by all teams except for Mars Hill and Mobile. MHU golfers totaled a two-round score of 716. Spring Hill won the team championship, posting a two-day total of 678.

Individually, Jacqueline McCormick led the Lions with a score of 175. The senior finished in 10th place.
