Lundvall Leads Lions at Tusculum Fall Classic

Freshman Emma Lundvall finished in a tie for 10th place at the Tusculum Fall Classic held at Link Halls Golf Club. As a team, the Mars Hill women finished in seventh place.

GREENEVILLE, TENN.- Freshman Emma Lundvall finished in a tie for 10^th place at the Tusculum Fall Classic held at Link Halls Golf Club. As a team, the Mars Hill women finished in seventh place.

Lundvall shot a four-over-par 76 to finish with a 153, nine shots over par for the tournament. Sarah Johnson finished in a tie for 12^th place with a 156, while Victoria Barrett finished tied for 15^th with a 159. Raven Brown finished with a two-day total of 173, with Lindsey Ball wrapping up the tournament with a 188.

UNC Pembroke's Amanda Levy won the tournament in a playoff over teammate Laura Bird. The Braves were the team winner by seven strokes over Lincoln Memorial.

Mars Hill returns to the course next week in the Myrtle Beach Intercollegiate.
