ROCK HILL, S.C. - The Mars Hill women's soccer team was named the 2017 South Atlantic Conference Fair Play Award recipient Wednesday morning.

The Fair Play Award is given to the team that demonstrates model behavior and the spirit of fair play throughout the season. The Lions only received six yellow cards in 16 games.
