Harty Finishes In Second in 100 Breaststroke at ASC Meet

CHRISTIANSBURG, Va.- Abby Harty scored a runner-up finish in the 100 Yard Breaststroke at the Appalachian Swimming Conference championship meet on Friday.

 Harty finished in 1:06.86, with winner Mary Katherine Jabbia finishing in 1:05.67. Maggie Norton scored a 10th place finish in the 200 Freestyle with a time of 2:02.27. Rachel Louviaux finished in 16th in the 100 Yard Backstroke (1:06.75).

In the 800 Freestyle Relay, Harty, Norton, Emma Duffy and Elle Grier finished in fourth place with a time of 8:04.01. Grier, Harty, Louviaux and Maggie Mills finished in sixth place in the 200 Medley Relay (1:5.46).

The meet concludes tomorrow beginning at 9 a.m.
