Mars Hill finishes eighth at Fall Frenzy
The Mars Hill women's swim team ended the 2018 Fall Frenzy in eighth place at the conclusion of Sunday's competition.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's swim team ended the 2018 Fall Frenzy in eighth place at the conclusion of Sunday's competition.
For the third straight day, a new school record was set. Kathryn Boland set the new standard in the 200 yard breaststroke, clocking in with a time of 2:22.08. The time was good for eighth in the A-Final.
In the 200 yard backstroke, Haley Horton placed fourth in the C-Final with a time of 2:08.64.
The team of Boland, Horton, Savannah Maddox and Elena Massa-Teijeiro turned in a time of 3:40.24.
Mars Hill ended the three day event with 277 points, good for eighth overall.

The Lions will host Milligan and UNC Pembroke on Senior Day, held on Saturday, December 1st.
