Mars Hill runs away with 6-1 win over King
The Lions snapped a two-game losing streak with a convincing 6-1 victory over King at the Hart Tennis Complex Tuesday afternoon.
MARS HILL, N.C. - The Lions snapped a two-game losing streak with a convincing 6-1 victory over King at the Hart Tennis Complex Tuesday afternoon.
Jasha Geerdink and Sophia Pelaez lost a combined two games in their two set single's victories. Dani Potts and Hannah Hill earned another two wins on the afternoon in single's competition.
The Lions swept both double's matches with the teams of Geerdink/Potts and Hill/Pelaez earning the victories.
Mars Hill will conclude fall play with a 1 p.m. contest against North Greenville on Saturday, October 7 at the Hart Tennis Complex.
