HARROGATE, Tenn. - The Mars Hill women's tennis team (8-7, 0-4 SAC) was shutout, 7-0, by Lincoln Memorial (8-3, 2-2 SAC) Tuesday afternoon on the road.
Mars Hill was swept in doubles action, winning three games total. Entering singles action, Evan Lake looked to force a third and deciding set against Johanna Delisse, but was unable to complete the comeback bid in the second set.
The Lions return to action on Friday, March 22nd when they host Catawba at the Hart Tennis Complex. First serve is scheduled for 1 p.m.
