Mars Hill finishes 34th at Royals Cross Country Challenge

The Mars Hill women's cross country team finished 34th out of 45 teams at the Royals Cross Country Challenge held on Friday afternoon.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's cross country team finished 34th out of 45 teams at the Royals Cross Country Challenge held on Friday afternoon.

Nyla Feeney turned in a time of 19:11 to be the Lions' top finisher.  Kylee Peck ran a time of 21:12 to be next fastest runner for the team.

Rachel Strickland and Sydney Britt turned in times of 21:29 and 22:03, respectively.  Hannah Jones, Emily Wilson and Alexandria Lagan rounded out the Lions team.

Mars Hill will next participate in the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational on Friday, October 19th in Hickory, North Carolina.
