Emile, Malachi named All-SAC second team
ROCK HILL, S.C. - Sammy Emile and Dion Malachi were named to the All-South Atlantic Conference second team, the league announced today.
Emile ranked second in the league in scoring, averaging 18.8 points per game. Malachi was 11th in the conference in scoring with an 14.5 average.
The 2011 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference men's basketball semifinals are Saturday at Catawba Valley Community College in Hickory, N.C. The men's award winners will be recognized after the 5:30 p.m. game between Lincoln Memorial and Tusculum.
