Lacrosse Moves to Ninth in National Poll
MARS HILL, N.C. - The Lions' lacrosse team moved from no. 12 to no. 9 this week in the USILA national poll. Mars Hill beat no. 10 Queens last week, 8-7 and they are the regular season Deep South Conference Champion.
Mars Hill will face the winner of the Wingate/Catawba quarterfinal DSC Tournament game. The Lions will host the semifinal contest in the Ammons Family Athletic Center and Meares Stadium on Thursday, April 14 at 7 p.m.
