Lions Support ”Run For Boston”
MARS HILL, N.C.- The Mars Hill cross country teams ran this week for the Facebook movement entitled "Run For Boston" to show support for those affected by the Boston Marathon bombings.
This movement has been promoted by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association to show support for those affected by the tragic Boston Marathon bombings on Monday. The "Run For Boston" movement is encouraging runners to upload a photo of themselves or the group they ran with and sign with "Run for Boston" or something related on it as a show of solidarity in the wake of Monday's bombings.
