Lions place 25th at Royals Cross Country Challenge
The Mars Hill men's cross country team placed 25th overall at the Royals Cross Country Challenge held Friday afternoon.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Mars Hill men's cross country team placed 25th overall at the Royals Cross Country Challenge held Friday afternoon.
Nick Resor was the top finisher for the Lions, turning in a time of 26:01. Jared Stanley followed close behind with a mark of 26:11.
Bryan Barbee and James Benik ran times of 27:10 and 27:13, respectively. Skylar Cantrell, Brad Barbee and Ethan Murray rounded out the Lions team.
Mars Hill averaged a time of 26:49.53 on the day.

The Lions will take part in the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational on Friday, October 19th in Hickory, North Carolina.
