Lions remain in 11th after day two of SAC Championships
The Mars Hill women's golf team remained in 11th place at the conclusion of round two of the South Atlantic Conference Championships Monday afternoon.
HICKORY, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's golf team remained in 11th place at the conclusion of round two of the South Atlantic Conference Championships Monday afternoon.
Janie Gooch trimmed three shots off of her first round score, shooting 79 on the day to place 34th overall. Both Emilee Wenmoth and Marie Syvertsen shot a second round 85, placing 48th and 49th, respectively after two rounds of play.
Linnea Karlsson ended the day in 52nd while Jasmine Chesnut shot a second round 87, seven shots better than her first round total, to finish the second round in 53rd.
