Women Move Two Spots to Third Place in Day Two of Conference Meet
CHRISTIANSBURG, VA. – The Mars Hill women’s swim team picked up to spots and find themselves in third place overall after day two of the ASC Conference Meet.
CHRISTIANSBURG, VA. – The Mars Hill women's swim team picked up to spots and find themselves in third place overall after day two of the ASC Conference Meet.
Abby Hart was a catalyst for the Lions on the day as she was able to pick up third place in the 200 free. That finish was the highest of any others on the day for the women.
Rachel Nichols garnered a fourth place finish in the 100 fly while JJ Washshah came in fifth in the 100 back. Rounding out the individual performers was Kathryn Boland, placing seventh in the 100 breast.
The 200 medley relay team, consisting of Washshah, Harty, Boland, and Nichols captured a fourth place finish, while the 800 free relay team (Washshah, Harty, Elle Grier, and Shelby Parrott) also took home a fourth place finish.
The team will be back in action today as they complete the third and final day of the ASC Conference Meet.
