Two records broken on day two of Fall Frenzy
The Mars Hill women's swim team set two more school records at the conclusion of day two of the Fall Frenzy, held on Saturday.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's swim team set two more school records at the conclusion of day two of the Fall Frenzy, held on Saturday.
Haley Horton set a Mars Hill record with her performance in the 100 yard backstroke, recording a time of 59.30 for a fifth place finish in the C-Final.
In the 800 yard freestyle relay race, the team of Elena Massa-Teijeiro, Lorna Doorman, Brianna Broussard and Kathryn Boland also set a school record, turning in a time of 8:00.27.
Boland recorded a fifth place finish in the 400 yard IM with a time of 4:30.61.
Mars Hill finished the day sitting in eighth place with 203 points.
