Bio

Courtney joined Mountain Lion athletics as an Associate Athletic Trainer in August of 2021.   

Courtney comes to Mars Hill after a year at the University of Louisville working with the Women’s Rowing team. Courtney received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas in May 2017 and her Master of Athletic Training degree from Saint Louis University in May of 2020. During her time at SLU, Courtney completed clinical rotations with Washington University in St. Louis, SLU’s Women’s Soccer team and the St. Louis BattleHawks.

Courtney is professionally affiliated with the National Athletic Trainers Association and is licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina.
