Lions picked 11th in SAC Preseason Poll
The Mars Hill women's tennis team was selected 11th in the 2018 South Atlantic Conference Women's Tennis Preseason Poll, as announced by the league on Wednesday afternoon.
ROCK HILL, S.C. - The Mars Hill women's tennis team was selected 11th in the 2018 South Atlantic Conference Women's Tennis Preseason Poll, as announced by the league on Wednesday afternoon.
The Lions picked up 23 points. The poll, as voted on by coaches within the SAC, had Tusculum and Wingate sharing the top spot with 101 points. Tusculum received five first place votes, while the Bulldogs received four. Below is a list of the full rankings.

Mars Hill currently holds a 2-4 record and head to Asheville for an exhibition match against UNCA on Friday, January 26 at 1 p.m. The Lions kick off their 2018 season at home with a contest against Southern Wesleyan on Saturday, February 10 at 1 p.m. at the Hart Tennis Complex.
