Lions place sixth at Livingstone Classic
The Mars Hill women's cross country team placed sixth at the Livingstone Classic on Friday afternoon.
SALISBURY, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's cross country team placed sixth at the Livingstone Classic on Friday afternoon.
The Lions placed two runners in the top ten, highlighted by Alyssa Jamerson's sixth place finish. She ran a time of 23:23 in the 5K race. Elana Mackey turned in a time of 23:54.
Megan Van Etten placed 21st with a time of 25:29. Finishing in 29th was Anahi Reta, who ran a time of 27:22.
Rounding out the Lions' squad was Lydian Hildebrand, who turned in a time of 36:30.
