Thoughts from Coach Benge:
"The move up to the 8k race distance from 5k in high school is a challenging one for many people. It is exciting to see that four of our top five runners today were in their first 8k collegiate race. It tells me that the future of the team is very bright over the next few years and there is much room for continued improvement this season as well! The men are excited to continue to put in the hard work necessary to see this continued improvement."
