Lions open UNG Invitational in fifth
The Mars Hill men's golf team opened up first round play at the North Georgia Fall Invitational, placing fifth overall on the day.
DAHLONEGA, Ga. - The Mars Hill men's golf team opened up first round play at the North Georgia Fall Invitational, placing fifth overall on the day.
Callum Ritchie shot a 71 to be the Lions' leader. He sits in 12th place. Nicholas Boone shot 72 and ended the day in 15th place.
Stephen Thomasson put together a first-round 74 to place 22nd and Will Byrd's 76 put him in 34th. Xisco Llinas rounded the team with a score of 78 on the day.
