Lions fourth after day one of Donal Ross Intercollegiate
The Mars Hill men's golf team is in fourth place after two rounds of the Donal Ross Intercollegiate that were played on Monday.
MORGANTON, N.C. - The Mars Hill men's golf team is in fourth place after two rounds of the Donal Ross Intercollegiate that were played on Monday.
Nicholas Boone is tied for second place after ending the day two under par. After shooting an even first round, Boone shot a 68 in round two to move from 10th to second.
Stephen Thomasson and Callum Ritchie each ended the day shooting seven over par. They are tied for 32nd overall. Xisco Llinas shot eight over to finish 38th while Will Byrd's 11-over was good for 54th at the end of the day.
The Lions shot 17-over par on the day and sit six strokes outside of third place.
