Lions in 10th Following Opening Round of Food Lion SAC Championship
The Mars Hill women’s golf team is in 10th place after the opening round of the 2014 South Atlantic Conference Championship at Sevierville Golf Club.
SEVIERVILLE, TENN.- The Mars Hill women's golf team is in ninth place after the opening round of the 2014 South Atlantic Conference Championship at Sevierville Golf Club.
Senior Jacqueline McCormick is tied for ninth place with a 10-over-par 82. Mars Hill shot 374 as a team.
Wingate's Johanna Neumann and Coker's Taylor Demby are tied for the lead with a five-over-par 77. Wingate leads the team competition by five strokes over Coker with an opening round 325.
Second round play is scheduled to begin on Monday at 8:30 a.m.
