Lions take part in Converse Fall Invite
The Mars Hill women's golf team placed 15th at the Converse Fall Invitational Tuesday afternoon.
SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The Mars Hill women's golf team placed 15th at the Converse Fall Invitational Tuesday afternoon.
Caroline Rizzo was the top finishing Lion, shooting 86 on the day, placing 43rd overall. Three strokes behind Rizzo was Samantha Reeves, finishing 51st overall.
Laycee Hoffman finished 57th overall followed by Leah Matney. Chelsea Baker rounded out the Lions' quintet, placing 72nd overall.
The Lions shot 361 as a team.
