The Mars Hill women’s tennis team lost to Anderson 8-1 on Saturday at Max Grubbs Memorial Courts.
ANDERSON, S.C. - The Mars Hill women's tennis team lost to Anderson 8-1 on Saturday at Max Grubbs Memorial Courts. With the win, Anderson improves to 2-4 on the year and 2-2 in the South Atlantic Conference, while Mars Hill drops to 3-5 on the year and 1-2 in league play.
Tatiana Dualiby earned Mars Hill's victory in number one singles, defeating Karen Ching 6-1, 6-4. Jade Henke lost in a tiebreaker to Alexandra Ebner in number four singles, 6-1, 4-6, 10-1. Mars Hill was swept in doubles play.
The Lions continue their weekend roadtrip, traveling to Lenoir-Rhyne tomorrow.
