CAYCE, S.C. – The Mars Hill women's tennis team found itself on the losing end of an 8-1 score on Thursday afternoon versus Newberry at the Cayce Tennis Center. The Lions fought hard, but came up short on several occasions. Sophia Pelaez gained the lone win for the Blue and Gold and she dominated Kelly McManus in straight sets during No. 5 singles action.
