Thoughts from Coach Benge:
"The women's team showed great improvement this year with their highest finish at the South Atlantic Conference Championship since 2014. Hannah Frazer had a breakthrough race to lead the team today to their highest finish in 10 years. If the race had gone a bit differently I know the ladies could have finished one spot higher, but with a solid day all around and three new personal best times on a tough course, the ladies will learn from this experience and take this momentum into regionals to finish our season strong!"
