Lions Pick Up First Win With Victory over Bobcats
MARS HILL, N.C.-- Mars Hill's women's tennis team picked up their first victory of the season Saturday, taking down Lees-McRae 7-2 at the Hart Tennis Center.
MARS HILL, N.C.-- Mars Hill's women's tennis team picked up their first victory of the season Saturday, taking down Lees-McRae 7-2 at the Hart Tennis Center.
Tatiana Dualiby, Lucy McLauren, Anna Rickenbaker and Jade Henke each picked up wins in singles and doubles play for the Lions. Natalie Hilbig added a singles win. Mars Hill concludes the fall portion of their schedule 1-2. Lees-McRae falls to 0-2.
Dualiby and Taylor picked up an 8-1 win in #1 doubles play. Each added victories in the #1 and #2 singles courts respectively.
Rickenbaker and Henke added wins in the #3 and #4 singles courts and picked up the #2 doubles win. Hilbig picked up the #6 singles win.
Mars Hill will resume play Jan. 18 at UNC Asheville.
