Men's Tennis Falls to Catawba

MARS HILL, N.C. – The Mars Hill men's tennis team fell to Catawba by the score of 7-2 on Sunday afternoon at the Hart Tennis Complex. Alberto Ortiz and Ben Reid teamed up to take down Michael Patch and Luca Picci in No. 1 doubles, while Reid earned his second consecutive singles win as he took down Luca Picci in the number two singles.

5. Cason Hiers (CATM) def. Fernando Neto (MHUM) 6-3, 6-2

6. Adam Rocko (CATM) def. Pedro Pinassi (MHUM) 7-5, 7-6

The Lions will return to action on Monday, February 27 as they host Montreat College at the Hart Tennis Complex. First serve is scheduled for 3 p.m.
