Bryner named SAC Defensive Player of the Week
Mars Hill goalkeeper Lauren Bryner was named the South Atlantic Conference Defensive Player of the Week.
ROCK HILL, S.C. - Mars Hill goalkeeper Lauren Bryner was named the South Atlantic Conference Defensive Player of the Week.
Bryner, a freshman from Raleigh, N.C., helped the Lions secure an 18-10 win against Emmanuel this past week. She played 45 minutes between the posts, totaling eleven saves for a 68.8 save percentage. This is Bryner's first Defensive Player of the Week honor of the season.
