Lions wrap up 2022 season on Senior Day

MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's tennis team (8-11, 3-9 SAC) was defeated 6-1 versus Newberry (21-3, 8-3 SAC) Monday afternoon in their final match of the season.
Elana Mackey picked up the lone Lions' win of the day, taking the fourth flight by a score of 8-2.
At the conclusion of the match, seniors Mpolokeng Aletta Macheli, Kat Horner, and Victoria Franklin were recognized for their contributions to the women's tennis program.
