The Mars Hill men's tennis team (2-6) defeated Milligan (2-5) by a score of 5-2 Sunday afternoon.
ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. - The Mars Hill men's tennis team (2-6) defeated Milligan (2-5) by a score of 5-2 Sunday afternoon.
The Lions entered singles play up 1-0 after the teams of Rodrigo Ramos/Marcos Martinez and Tom Farman/Leo Bernardes won their respective matches.
Ramos and Bernardes won their matches in straight sets, while Martinez and Faris Hadzisadikovic claimed wins in three-setters.
Mars Hill returns to the courts on Wednesday, March 17 when they host Tusculum at the Hart Tennis Complex. First serve is set for 2 p.m.
