MHU places over 150 student-athletes on SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll
Mars Hill placed 156 student-athletes on the 2020-2021 South Atlantic Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
ROCK HILL, S.C. - (TheSAC.com) A record 2,589 student-athletes, spanning each of the South Atlantic Conference's 13 member institutions and 22 sports, were named to the 2020-21 SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll, the conference office announced today.
Mars Hill placed 156 student-athletes on the 2020-2021 South Atlantic Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.
To be eligible for inclusion on the SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll, student-athletes must have competed in a sponsored championship sport and maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher throughout the academic year.
"We are thrilled to recognize more than 2,500 of our student-athletes for their outstanding academic accomplishments," said SAC Commissioner Patrick Britz. "This was an extremely challenging year for everyone in college athletics, and along with the help of our coaches and administrators, our student-athletes where able to continue to strive for excellence on the playing field and court, as well as in the classroom. We are extremely proud of their hard work and dedication throughout this entire year."
