Lions defeat King and Lindsey Wilson in first home meet
The Mars Hill women's swimming team rolled past King and Lindsey Wilson Friday evening, sweeping both meets convincingly inside Harrell Pool. Kathryn Boland picked up two wins individually and one in the 200 medley relay.
MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's swimming team rolled past King and Lindsey Wilson Friday evening, sweeping both meets convincingly inside Harrell Pool. Kathryn Boland picked up two wins individually and one in the 200 medley relay.
The Lions roared past Lindsey Wilson, 165-91 and dominated King, 172-71 over the course of 14 events.
Boland, Haley Horton, Abby Harty, and Rachel Nichols took the 200 medley relay. Boland also won the 500 free and the 100 fly. Haley Horton won the 50 backstroke and Abby Harty won the 50 breaststroke.
