Mars Hill falls to Milligan at home
The Mars Hill women's tennis team (1-4) was defeated by a score of 5-2 versus Milligan (1-1) Friday afternoon.
MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill women's tennis team (1-4) was defeated by a score of 5-2 versus Milligan (1-1) Friday afternoon.
The Buffaloes took two-of-three doubles matches to head into singles play up 1-0. Mars Hill's Ines Rodriguez and Sophia Pelaez picked up singles wins, however, Milligan took the last four matches to pick up the 5-2 win.
Mars Hill concludes fall play on Wednesday, October 23 when they take on the Tornado of King University at home. First serve at the Hart Tennis Complex is set for 3 p.m.
