Rain affects series of Lions' spring contests
Due to rain in the forecast, several Mars Hill athletic competitions have been altered.
MARS HILL, N.C. - Due to rain in the forecast, several Mars Hill athletic competitions have been altered.
Baseball's road contest versus Limestone for Tuesday, February 18 has been canceled.
The originally scheduled women's tennis road match versus Lees-McRae for Wednesday, February 19 has also been postponed.
Softball's home opener has once again been pushed back as inclement weather has forced the team to cancel their double-header versus Mount Olive. The originally scheduled date for the games was Wednesday, February 19.
Makeup dates for these contests have not yet been announced.
