BREVARD, N.C.- The Mars Hill men's and women's tennis teams took to the court for the first time during the 2014-15 season on Saturday, but will have to wait another week for the chance to complete their first match of the year as rain halted action following doubles play at Brevard.

In each of the top four singles matches Mars Hill was leading in the first set when play was stopped. The Lions won number three doubles as well as number five and number six singles by default.
