Butler sits in second after round one of SAC Championships
Mars Hill's Harry Butler turned in a first round 70 to sit in second place after round one of the South Atlantic Conference Championships at Cobb's Glenn Country Club.
ANDERSON, S.C. - Mars Hill's Harry Butler turned in a first round 70 to sit in second place after round one of the South Atlantic Conference Championships at Cobb's Glenn Country Club.
Butler sits three strokes out of first place. Luke Challis finished 15th, shooting +3 on the day.
Shooting a first round +7, Nicholas Boone placed 44th. Stephen Thomasson and Callum Ritchie rounded out the Mars Hill team with scores of +9 and +11, respectively, for 48th and 50th place finishes.
Mars Hill sits 10th after the first round, nine strokes off of the lead.
