Lions Fall at #12 Young Harris

YOUNG HARRIS, GA.-- Mars Hill's men's soccer team fell to #12 Young Harris 2-0 in a regional match Tuesday afternoon at YHC Lacrosse Field.
First half goals by Lewis Hilton and Ilija Ilic provided all the offense the Mountain Lions would need. Pedro Ozi made two saves to earn the shutout for YHC. Chris Mitchell made four saves for Mars Hill. MHU falls to 4-7 overall. Young Harris improves to 10-1 on the season.
Hilton got the Mountain Lions on the board just over a minute into the contest, collecting a loose ball in front and notching his second goal of the season.
Ilic added his 10th goal of the season in the 27th-minute off a cross to the far post by Niall McCabe.
Mars Hill returns to South Atlantic Conference play this Saturday, Oct. 19 when they travel to Queens for a 4:30 p.m. match.
